Fontic has been appointed as the project manager and superintendent for the technical redevelopment of Victoria House in Geelong CBD.
Designed by Wardle, this building which will be home to Arnold Thomas and Becker Lawyers. The focus of the project includes a full façade upgrade, the addition of end-of-trip facilities, installation of a new lift, and the extension and enhancement of floor plates.
Fontic's expertise in managing complex construction projects will be crucial in addressing considerations such as heritage preservation and hazardous materials.
