Crafted by award-winning architect Billy Kavellaris, this unique project houses 72 apartments across 5 levels. The apartments surround a central open-air corridor system to maximise cross flow ventilation.
The project was delivered under a fully documented procurement model with significant design and detailing consideration given to the bespoke and challenging geometric façade.
