Matt is a highly experienced professional with over 17 years of expertise in the construction and property industry. Throughout his career, he has worked with development, construction, and client-side project management companies, gaining valuable insights and skills in these areas.
At Fontic, Matt has successfully delivered numerous projects characterised by their complexity. These projects often involve heritage requirements, contamination management, multiple stakeholders, live school environments, and logistically challenging sites. Matt's ability to navigate these complexities and deliver exceptional results showcases his strong leadership and project management capabilities.
Angus Brooks

Angus has a strong background in project management and delivery. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Project Management) from RMIT, which he completed in 2011.
Since joining Fontic in 2018, Angus has continued to excel in his project management career. Over the past five years, he has contributed to a variety of projects spanning commercial, hospitality, residential, educational, industrial, and residential subdivision sectors.
In recognition of his outstanding work, Angus was awarded the Australian Institute of Building's (AIB) prestigious 'Building Professional of the Year' award in 2017.

Ashley’s diverse national and international experience brings with it invaluable exposure to a wide range of large, multifaceted and complex construction projects encompassing all major market sectors including residential, commercial, retail, education, health, infrastructure, civil works and master planned communities.
Ashley takes pride in delivering successful project outcomes for his clients. He is well-known for his honesty, integrity, effective communication and his collaborative approach, all of which are key tools that enable positive outcomes to the wide-ranging situations that arise on complicated construction projects.
Ashley has over 30 years’ experience at project, State and Regional business operation levels and is currently an Associate Member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
