Located in Collingwood, 48 Gipps street is a 5-storey commercial project that focusses on sustainable outcomes and highly considered design on a challenging narrow site.
Retaining the existing brick warehouse, SJB designed a unique office environment that features a terracotta tiled façade, roof garden / bar / restaurant and a large solar array.
