Fenwick
Fenwick is situated on an escarpment in Kew's Studley Park precinct and features expansive views across the Yarra River and parklands below.
The project was developed by Angle and consists of three pavilions comprised of 8 apartments and 1 townhouse with a combined double level basement.
Capitalising on the incredible views and landscape features, the design team comprising of award winning architect Edition Office, Flack Studio (interiors) and Eckersley (landscape) have created a one-of-a-kind development with modernist influences.
Fontic provided both project management and superintendent services.
