AGL is one of Australia’s most recognised energy providers and also one of the largest players in renewables in the country.
Fontic was engaged by AGL to facilitate the lease negotiations and oversee the project management for their new head office at 200 George Street, Sydney.
The project was delivered across three floors of an occupied building and included features such as interconnecting tenancy stairs, custom joinery, and a specialist timber ceiling. The construction was completed while the building remained occupied.
