Designed by Hayball, At the heart of Nightingale Village, CRT+YRD is a carbon-neutral development integrating a central landscaped courtyard that enhances natural light, ventilation, and social interaction for its 39 apartments.
A rooftop ‘backyard in the sky’ offers shared dining areas, edible gardens, and a communal laundry. Prioritising sustainability, the project achieves a 7.5-star NatHERS rating, using high-performance glazing and insulation while minimising resource consumption and embodied carbon.
Committed to sustainability and social responsibility, across the precinct 27 homes were allocated to community housing providers, offering secure, long-term accommodation to those in need. Apartments are designed for a diversity of occupants and offer flexibility of living spaces.
