Como is located 12km from Melbourne's CBD in a former quarry fronting an existing lake. Fontic assisted with the civil preparation of the site including; rock (cliff) stabilisation works, new services infrastructure and roads in preparation for the delivery of 42 townhouses.
The townhouse design was conceived by Chamberlain Architects and varied from single to three storey designs with rooftops.
Fontic provided both project management and superintendent services.
