As part of Nightingale Village, the Urban Coup co-housing development is a groundbreaking project designed through a collaborative effort between Breathe Architecture and Architecture Architecture. The development is built around the vision of Urban Coup, a deliberative housing community committed to living together in more socially integrated and sustainable ways.
Beyond the scope of a typical housing development, the Urban Coup development offers a range of shared amenities designed to foster connection and collaboration. These include fully equipped communal kitchen and dining facilities, workshop spaces, a yoga room, music room and productive rooftop gardens.
This building in the Village is the first vertical community of its kind in Australia.
