Siena College, Salamanca Precinct

Siena College, Salamanca Precinct

The Salamanca Precinct at Siena College in Camberwell will introduce much-needed STEAM facilities at the heart of the campus.

This new three-storey building will feature state-of-the-art science laboratories and general learning classrooms designed to support a hands-on approach to education, essential for the STEAM curriculum. The design incorporates science labs, a maker space, and new facilities for food, drama, and art, fostering seamless transitions between theoretical and experiential learning. This setup will enable students to engage in technological exploration, prototyping, and presentation.

The brick faΓ§ade, with its large curved openings and an extended portico, creates a connection with the campus’s existing heritage buildings. Additionally, the spacious basement carpark will support the school’s capacity to accommodate growing enrolments.
