Salesian College Sunbury, Masterplan
Salesian College Sunbury was established by the Salesian Society in 1927, following their purchase of Rupertswood Mansion, one of the largest private houses in Victoria, originally constructed for Sir William Clarke. The college is now located on the grounds of the mansion, which is listed on the Victorian Heritage Register.
Salesian College Sunbury offers a broad curriculum and the College is seeking to develop a second campus as part of the next phase of its growth strategy
The project is part of the Lancefield Road Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) that was approved in 2016. The roads and infrastructure that will serve the school are yet to be built. Fontic are working with McIldowie Partners in supporting the design of this second campus, along with managing negotiations with the adjacent developer.
