Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA)’s new Head Office at Wesley Place occupies 7,000sqm over 4 levels.
Designed by Gray Puksand, their new workplace features an open plan layout with interconnecting stairs and meeting rooms. The building features a wintergarden that allows staff to utilise external areas during their work day whilst being in the office environment.
Fontic managed the new accommodation project from project briefing, building selection, lease commitment and design through to completion.
As part of the change management process, Fontic provided advice on the proposed organisational structure in multiple locations and engaged with relevant workstreams in the relocation program to enable a smooth transition to their new Melbourne headquarters.
Fontic also managed AFCA’s new head office in NSW.
