Designed by Clare Cousins Architects, Nightingale Evergreen comprises 27 sustainable homes within Nightingale Village, a zero-gas, medium-density precinct in Brunswick. With north-facing apartments overlooking Merri-bek’s Bulleke-bek Park and south-facing residences facing the pedestrianised Duckett Street, the project offers a strong connection to its surroundings.
Committed to sustainability and social responsibility, across the precinct 27 homes were allocated to community housing providers, offering secure, long-term accommodation to those in need. Apartments are designed for a diversity of occupants and offer flexibility of living spaces.
