Church on Napier
Located at an iconic heritage site in Napier St, Fitzroy, this project included the refurbishment and transformation of a 120-year-old Church into 3 extraordinary loft apartments designed by architect James Stockwell.
Kerstin Thompson Architects designed the balance of the site which included a highly considered new apartment block, and the refurbishment of the 80-year-old church hall into 5 apartments and a 400sqm penthouse.
Fontic managed the project under a design and construct procurement model and provided both project management and superintendent services.
