222 Mair Street is a commercial building situated in a prime location in the heart of Ballarat’s CBD.
Opposite the Ballarat Gov Hub, this thoughtfully designed structure by Wardle adds a new level of architectural excellence to the city’s skyline. It brings a high-quality, modern facility that enhances the character and vibrancy of the Ballarat CBD.
The proposed design and facade details respond to the existing streetscape geometry, vertical rhythm, wall planes and window elements. The design considers and reflects the existing buildings while also responding to its corner siting.
