Mount Lilydale Mercy College appointed Fontic as their project management team as they embarked on Stage 4 of its campus development, focusing on constructing new staff offices and extending and redeveloping a new canteen.
Centrally located within the campus, this project includes integrating a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen and enhancing existing services, all while addressing challenging soil conditions and integration into existing buildings.
The project was planned meticulously to minimise disruption to campus activities, ensuring all new facilities comply with accessibility standards.
