Surf City Motel, strategically located at 32 The Esplanade, Torquay, Vic, is a project of meticulous design and engineering precision. Managed with a focus on excellence, our team is dedicated to delivering a seamless and sophisticated retreat for guests.
Designed to seamlessly integrate with its coastal surroundings, Surf City Motel features 16 meticulously crafted Suites, each designed for optimal comfort and style. The addition of a new deck, spanning 60m2 and elevated approximately 400mm from the footpath level, enhances the internal bar area while providing a semiprivate space for guests to enjoy.
A commitment to sustainability is evident throughout the project. From the thoughtful placement of plantings along the Esplanade to the design of balustrades that balance privacy and openness, every element is carefully considered to minimise environmental impact.
