Donvale Christian College, Senior Hub and STEM building

The DCC Senior Hub and STEM building aims to provide flexible learning spaces for the senior students across five levels, achieved through fluid spaces that open and close into collaborative zones.

The Hub includes general learning areas for LOTE and humanities on the lower three levels, two science laboratories and a dedicated staff preparation space on the fourth floor with the entire rooftop level a food technology zone comprising commercial kitchen and external terrace function space.

The entrance of the building has been designed as a landscaped seating area, integrating the Senior Hub with the school campus.

This project also seeks to achieve a 6-star Green Star rating specifying accredited green materials, management of construction waste and incorporating Indigenous consultation amongst many other items.
