WorkSafe Victoria engaged Fontic to project manage its new head office and relocation of operations to Geelong. Fontic managed the workplace design and oversaw the developer's delivery of a new purpose-built office building.
The 14,000sqm integrated fitout was delivered over 12 levels and was designed as an exemplar workplace with a particular focus on accessibility, wellness and sustainability.
The project was awarded WELL Gold interiors, 6-star Green Star ratings for both the base building and fitout, and was the first office building in Australia to receive the WELL Platinum rating.
