122 Roseneath Street is a collaborative project between Wulff Projects, Icon Developments and Assemble.
Nestled in a leafy pocket of Clifton Hill in Melbourne’s inner north, the project consists of 49 apartments, 18 townhouses, and 1 retail tenancy. The project possesses a strong sustainability and community design focus.
Fontic was engaged by the development partnership as an intermediary development advisory and to administer the procurement and delivery of the project.
