Pine Ave
Located between the beach and vibrant Ormond Road Village in Elwood, Pine Ave presents eight townhouses. Early in the concept phase, Fontic was engaged alongside a select team of expert collaborators, working closely with Angle to bring this vision to life.
Designed by Cera Stribley, the building is a modern interpretation of the suburb’s iconic Art Deco architecture, exhibiting a classic curved form and white brick materiality.
These deliberate design choices led to a reimagining of the traditional townhouse typology into a collection of functional, resort-style retreats.
Fontic provided both project management and superintendent services.
