Innovation Drive is a proposed industrial estate in Corio.
The estate is a multi unit development with a mix of warehouses ranging from 1000 – 5000sqm with supporting external hardstands and car parking.
The development will also comprise new major infrastructure works including power, NBN, gas, water, sewer, stormwater and internal roadway to facilitate future lot developments. Fontic are overseeing the project delivery of the estate.
