St Mary's College Masterplan (formerly Presentation College and Christian Brothers College)
Originally established as a Catholic boys’ school in 1878, St Mary's College (formerly known as Christian Brothers College and Presentation College) has recently undergone development to combine two previously separate school campuses to offer one co-educational campus.
Fontic has supported the College through an extensive masterplan process exploring multiple development options that support the College’s vision for co-educational learning, diverse subject choices and future growth, in an economic and efficient way.
The masterplan, completed in collaboration with Kennedy Nolan, addresses the unique opportunity to reimagine the school environment across two historic sites in inner Melbourne. The exciting vision includes restoration of existing heritage fabric as well as construction of new facilities.
