St Kevin's College, Auditorium and Lecture Theatre
St Kevin’s College sought to transform a heritage building (Westcourt) into a multi-purpose space for the College to host lectures, art exhibitions and social functions.
With the building dating back to the 1800s, the refurbishment required careful and sensitive consideration of its heritage value during design and construction phases. Fontic managed this process alongside architects Baldasso Cortese. Construction works involved partial demolition of the rear, addition of an extension and refurbishment of the interiors.
